The rubber diaphragm is disc-shaped and securely installed within its tray. The fine I-shaped pores on the membrane surface are arranged in a spiral circumferential pattern, which not only maintains the diameter of bubbles released by the aerator within a specific range but also relatively reduces the aerator's resistance.

Product Function:
When compressed air passes through, the rubber diaphragm is pressurized, causing the micropores on it to expand and release oxygen into the tank. The bubbles are broken into smaller sizes as they pass through these micropores. The bubble diameter can self-adjust slightly based on the airflow rate, thereby achieving optimal oxygen transfer efficiency. The design of the sealing ring and O-ring around the rubber diaphragm ensures an airtight seal between the diaphragm and the fixed tray. As the airflow rate increases, the sealing capability enhances accordingly, effectively preventing air leakage.

When aeration stops, the resilience of the diaphragm causes the non-perforated thickened area at the center to automatically press against the support tray, creating a self-sealing check valve function. The micropores on the rubber diaphragm also close automatically, preventing wastewater from entering the aerator and pipeline system, thereby avoiding sludge clogging. Additionally, the specialized rubber adapter provides sealing and anti-vibration functions after the threads are tightened, ensuring a secure connection and reliable sealing between the aerator and the air supply pipeline.
