Small Unit Retrievable System
Design Characteristics
Retrievable systems are easy to install and does not require to drain the tank. By using a support pipe as a lifting device, the diffusers can be directly lifted out to the surface for cleaning and maintenance. This will keep the aeration system at optimum performance. Through methods such as single unit with two diffusers, single unit with four diffusers and all underwater components are made of stainless-steel support, with a long service life.

Bilateral Retrievable System
Frame style unit design, fixed guide rods are installed on the two side walls of the tank, and a lifting device is used to place the prefabricated aeration system along the guide rods at the bottom of the pool. Suitable for square shaped aeration tanks.
Single Unit Retrievable System
Frame style unit retrievable system, directly placing the aeration grid at the bottom of the tank through a mechanical lifting device, and using stainless steel pipes or rubber hoses for the air inlet pipe.
Retrievable unit with 44 pcs of tube diffusers, connected via stainless steel drop pipe with removeable flange.
Retrievable unit with 12 disc diffusers, connected via rubber hose to a stainless steel grid.
Single Unit Retrievable System
Single Floating Unit Retrievable System
Designed as a frame cell, it is connected to the float by a steel cable, sinks under water by its own weight and floats on the surface. The frame cell aeration group is lifted by mechanical lifting device together with the float, and the inlet pipe is made of rubber hose. This design is commonly used in river and lake management.
Retrievable Retrievable Devices
Single arm rotating lifting device
Suitable for unilateral retrievable systems
Advantages and Disadvantages
Simple installation, inspection, and maintenance; When required to replace diffusers, can lift system out of tank, will not affect the remaining units in operation
In replacement projects, previous fixed grid system can remain in basin; The original fixed grid system at the bottom of the tank does not need to be removed and can be directly installed. This will shorten the construction period.
Disadvantages
High cost: Compared to traditional fixed grid systems, retrievable systems are more costly.
Areas of Application for Retrievable
