Construction: The Fine Bubble Disc Diffuser typically consists of a disc-shaped body made of high-quality materials such as EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer), silicone, or polyurethane. The disc is perforated with numerous small holes or slits, which serve as outlets for the release of fine bubbles.
High aeration effectiveness
The aeration process involves bringing together water and oxygen for oxidation and dissolution of metals and dissolution of gases. With our fine bubble disc diffuser and fine bubble tube diffuser, it makes the process more effective.
High oxygen transfer efficiency (OTE)
Fine bubble diffusers generally work to treat water waste through OTE. However, with our products, it helps for a more enhanced process considering its specifications.

Manufactured by a standard cure, low plasticizer content, and 1mm or 2mm perforations. DUBHE mold EPDM with modern equipment utilizing individual thermocouples and vacuum technology ensures a repeatable very high-quality product.
Diffuser Bases
The Diffuser Basesis molded with virgin polypropylene for extended performance, and is highly efficient with airflow performance of 1.5-2.5SCFM.
