DESCRIPTION

The disc diaphragm type microporous aerator is the latest type of aeration device developed in the 1980s. The device has a small diameter of aeration bubbles, a small gas-liquid interface diameter, a large gas-liquid interface area, uniform bubble diffusion, and strong corrosion resistance.

Bubble diffusers are a vital part of the wastewater aeration and treatment processes, making it possible to force air bubbles into water pipes to feed the microorganisms in the tanks responsible for processing the water.

This widely-installed fine bubble diffuser actually comes in 3 alternate models for flexibility and effectiveness. Using the latest EPDM technology, we provide fine bubble disc diffusers that are responsive to the needs of wastewater treatments.

Material efficiency

Our diffusers are made from various materials from ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber (EPDM rubber), which is conventional material. We also have fEPDM which has high chemical resistance.
Some are also of polytetrafluoroethylene or (PTFE) to reduce fouling.

MATERIAL

EPDM Membrane

Manufactured by a standard cure, low plasticizer content, and 1mm or 2mm perforations. DUBHE mold EPDM with modern equipment utilizing individual thermocouples and vacuum technology ensures a repeatable very high-quality product.

Diffuser Bases

The Diffuser Basesis molded with virgin polypropylene for extended performance, and is highly efficient with airflow performance of 1.5-2.5SCFM.
