STRUCTURE

The tubular microporous aerator adopts a tubular structure, and the membrane tension is greatly reduced compared to the disc aerator.

The rubber film of the tubular aerator adopts natural rubber adhesive and aging formula to extend the service life of the film

Uniform opening with a large number of holes, with each group having 6624 holes × 2 (ordinary disc type microporous aerator Φ 215 for 2000 holes).

PRINCIPLE

Fine bubble tube diffuser is a water treatment oxygen-filling device. Then, microporous bubbles are blown out through the microporous membrane on the aerator, fully diffusing and mixing into the mixed liquid, allowing the oxygen in the bubbles to dissolve into the mixed liquid, providing dissolved oxygen required for microbial biochemical reactions, and ensuring sufficient mixing of sewage, Keep the activated sludge in a suspended state. By fully contacting the three phases of mud, water, and gas, it is ensured that activated sludge fully utilizes the dissolved oxygen in the water to decompose organic pollutants.
