The DAF-TP-SA dissolved air flotation clarifier is engineered for South America textile, pulp and paper wastewater treatment. In textile manufacturing hubs across Peru and Colombia, and pulp and paper mills in Chile and Brazil, industrial effluent carries high loads of fibers, dyes, suspended solids, and COD that require effective pretreatment before biological processing or discharge. This DAF system uses 316L stainless steel construction and micro-bubble technology to remove color, fibers, TSS and colloidal particles. With 2-150 m3/h capacity and PLC automation, it ensures compliance with local environmental regulations across South America.
