DAF Dissolved Air Flotation System Working Principle
The DAF dissolved air flotation system dissolves air into wastewater under pressure and releases millions of fine micro-bubbles. Suspended solids, oil and grease attach to the micro-bubbles and rise to the surface, where an automatic skimmer removes the sludge layer. Sedimentation occurs during the flotation process, which is particularly serious in the wastewater pre-treatment section, and a large amount of sediment affects the quality of the effluent and the stability of the operation. This DAF air flotation machine can effectively eliminate sediment to ensure the stable operation of the flotation process.
