Solid Liquid Separator DAF Working Principle

The solid liquid separator DAF air flotation machine is a high-efficiency clarification device for ETP effluent treatment. Pressurized air is dissolved into the wastewater and released as fine micro-bubbles that attach to suspended solids, colloids, oil and grease, carrying them to the water surface. The automatic skimmer then discharges the concentrated sludge, achieving rapid solid-liquid separation. The equipment effectively eliminates sedimentation problems in the effluent pre-treatment section, ensuring stable operation and consistent effluent quality.
