Static Mixer Description
In the production processes of various industries, it is common to encounter stages where two or more materials (liquids, solids, or gases) need to be mixed. Such stages typically involve operations like blending, dispersion, reaction, absorption, extraction, and heat transfer—all of which require uniform distribution and thorough mixing of different fluids. To achieve mixing, the most intuitive solution that comes to mind is often a mechanical agitator.
