How to install DEM140-series flat film:

 

1,Setup preparation
(1) Determine the handling plan for putting the membrane into the bioreactor to be installed, such as the handling route.
(2) Prepare the equipment to unload the membrane from the truck (forklift, crane, trailer, etc.).
(3) Construction in the reactor tank should be completed before installation, and please check the cleanup work. Please be sure to remove any large pieces of trash (concrete blocks, cutting chips, bits and pieces of material) that may be left in the tank.

2. Disassembly of Membrane Element
When unloading the membrane element from a truck, use equipment such as a forklift, crane, or trailer, and use the following methods for lifting the packaging style and sample.
(1) When shipping, the membrane element part and the aeration part are bundled separately.
(2) When lifting the TORAY flatbed ultrafiltration membrane element, attach the hook completely to the lifting ring and lift horizontally. Please be careful not to damage the flow guide tube and aeration tube of the membrane element, and ensure safety during operation.
