  • 优化的染料沉淀:预混凝区专为聚合氯化铝 (PAC) 和专用脱色剂而设计.快速混合后进行可控絮凝,确保在板沉降前最大限度地捕获染料分子.
  • 脱色率达 90% 以上:将进水色度从 ≤ 2000 Pt-Co 单位降低至处理后出水中的 ≤ 100 Pt-Co 单位,满足目视排放标准,并可在冲洗作业中重复利用水.
  • 广泛的染料化学兼容性:对拉丁美洲纺织品制造中常用的活性染料,分散染料,还原染料,硫化染料和靛蓝均有效.可根据染料类型定制化学药剂用量方案.
