Our Compact MBBR Package Plant (Model BM-CP100) is a fully containerized sewage treatment system designed for decentralized applications serving populations of 100-1000 PE. Housed in a standard 20ft or 40ft ISO container, this plug-and-play unit combines fine screening, MBBR biological treatment, secondary clarification, and UV disinfection into a single transportable package. Processing 10-100 m³/d, it is the ideal solution for rural communities, mining camps, schools, hospitals, and eco-resorts across Latin America where centralized sewer infrastructure is unavailable.

• Complete Treatment in One Container: Fine bar screen, equalization zone, MBBR bioreactor with biofilm carriers, lamella clarifier, and UV disinfection are all pre-installed and tested. Simply connect inlet sewer, power, and discharge pipe to begin treatment.
• Superior Effluent Quality: Achieves BOD ≤ 20 mg/L, TSS ≤ 30 mg/L, and ammonia ≤ 5 mg/L, meeting CONAMA 430, NOM-001-SEMARNAT, and WHO reuse guidelines for agricultural irrigation.
• Rural Deployment Ready: Standard ISO container dimensions allow transport on unpaved roads by flatbed truck. No heavy crane required for placement - tilt-bed trailer unloading is sufficient for most sites.
• Minimal Operator Attention: Automated PLC control with remote monitoring via cellular or satellite modem enables unmanned operation with weekly inspection visits. Alarm notifications sent by SMS or email.
