The fine bubble disc diffuser is a highly efficient aeration device widely used in wastewater treatment processes, particularly in aerobic biological treatment systems. It disperses air through fine pores, generating a large number of microbubbles to enhance oxygen transfer efficiency and effectively increase dissolved oxygen (DO) levels in water. Working Principle of Fine Bubble Disc Diffusers

The fine bubble disc diffuser operates by forcing compressed air through a microporous diffusion disc, creating a dense cloud of fine bubbles.
