Aeration discs are membrane-based fine bubble aeration products. They utilize ABS engineering plastic for the base plate and support plate, while the air diffusion membrane is made of imported silicone material. The aeration unit consists of the aerator, regulator, connectors, air distribution pipelines, and pipe fittings such as tees, crosses, and elbows.
Disc aerators represent a new type of aeration equipment suitable for all aeration tanks, biological contact oxidation tanks, biologically stabilized ponds, and similar environments.
The layout density of disc aerators is determined based on the air supply volume and tank configuration. The aerators and air distribution pipelines are connected via G3/4 threaded joints, with the base featuring internal threads (fixed onto the air distribution pipeline) and the aerator equipped with external threads. During installation, the regulators are first secured to the tank bottom according to required dimensions, followed by fastening the air distribution pipelines onto the regulators using clamps.

Product Advantages
The rubber diaphragm is manufactured from high-quality rubber as the base material, with special additives incorporated to enhance its physical and chemical properties. This effectively prevents shrinkage, hardening, and aging of the diaphragm, thereby extending its service life.
The plastic support disc is made of polypropylene reinforced with fiberglass and includes additives such as anti-aging agents. This composition provides the product with excellent toughness, oxidation resistance, UV resistance, impact resistance, creep resistance, and corrosion resistance.
The working principle of fine bubble disc aerators involves the compressed air system forcing air through the aerator's microporous diffusion disc, generating a large volume of fine bubbles. During their ascent, these bubbles facilitate gas-liquid contact with the water, allowing oxygen to dissolve into the water and thereby increasing the dissolved oxygen concentration in the wastewater. Due to their larger surface area, these fine bubbles enhance the gas-liquid contact area, improving the mass transfer efficiency of oxygen.
